
Well, after much complaining, Summer has
finally arrived in it's full hot, hazy & humid splendor. What was
wrong with all that rain, again?
Hmmmmm... 90 degrees is a bit much when you haven't had a chance to acclimate to it. You know how I prefer to deal with the sudden jump in temperature? With a frosty treat from the best coffeehouse in North Conway,
the Met! And this inspires today's scrumptious recipe from
Beanpod. To make a mocha Freeze, combine
Beanpod's Chocolate,
Whipped Cream, and
Vanilla Coffee soy beads in a
melter and warm. Careful, not too fast or you just might imagine yourself up an ice cream headache!
